Lucy Liu was born in the United States. Liu is an American actor, singer and voice actor. An attractive, clever and talented actress, she is an inspiration to Asian actors who are aspiring to become big names in Hollywood. An array of highly successful initial roles in a popular TV show made her popular for her role in the show of Ally McBeal, where she appeared as Ling Woo. It was a moment of fame that led to film roles such as Shanghai Noon or Charlie's Angels. Her next performance was a dazzling performance as Japanese crime lord O-Ren in the Quentin Tarantino film Kill Bill Volume 1. In this period, she played the lead in some failures at the box office such as Rise: Blood Hunter. She then began to voice characters from animated films such as Kung Fu Panda or Tinker Bell. Mia Mason, in Cashmere Mafia and other small screen parts, did not achieve much success.
