Harry Edward Styles (also known as Harry Styles in the music world) is an British composer and vocalist. Harry Styles was one among the founders of One Direction. The band is based in Holmes Chapel in Cheshire England Styles is the son of Des Styles & Anne Cox. Harry Styles went to the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive, together with his fellow classmates, created a band group called White Eskimo. They participated in the Battle of Bands where thanks to their excellent presentations they were winners. Though he's been attracted to music, he was also aspired to become an attorney or an physiotherapist. Working part-time in a local bakery in his early job to make money for his family. Harry Styles, in 2010 was a contestant on The X Factor. His song Is not She Lovely was and was performed by Stevie Wonder. The reason for this is that his band was split. Nicole Scherzinger was the judge who suggested Harry Styles to be part of a new group named One Direction, along with Liam Payne Zayn malik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored this five-person group and they were founded in the year 2010. The group was backed by Simon Cowell. They were the first to sing Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would Suck without You along with Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart. The group was among the best contenders for the competition. However, they came in third behind Rebecca Ferguson. Harry Styles, his group and Cowell did not get the win in the contest. However Cowell gave Harry Styles a 2 million dollar contract with Syco.
